Forms/Questionnaires

 

To be able to create a Forms/Questionnaires Element, follow the simple steps listed below:

Step 1: In your MailConversio dashboard, go to Create New tool >>Forms/Questionnaires.  

 

Step 2: Creating forms/Questionnaires Element’ involves 3 simple steps: Which Include, Basic settings, Autoresponder, and Embed.                                        In a few seconds, you’re done and set to go.

 

Step 3: Enter your ‘Campaign Name’

Step 4:  Enter the QNA Form Heading and add Input Fields for Form Entry. Click on customize

Step 5: Simply switch on the toggle with name ‘Enable Custom Thank You URL’ and enter the URL. Customize the Submit button text color and Submit button background color. Don’t forget to click on ‘Save element’..

 

 

 

Step 6: It takes you to the Autoresponder section. Select your autoresponder

 

Step 7: Copy the code to your autoresponder.
